The Next Merit Badge

I was having a hard time getting Jonny's attention when the TV was on. Chris said, "I guess Jonny hasn't earned the Listening Merit Badge yet."

Scouting Around

Hi, my name is Kristen and I'm a Scout-aholic. I am lucky enough to have friends who are in this with me. Our ward refuses to rehabilitate us and put us back in "normal" society.

All joking aside, I love scouting and I am lucky to have a supportive family. I put their support to the test the last couple of weeks. First planning and then executing a Ward PowWow for the Boy Scouts. It was 3 days of working on advancement and merit badges, campfires and camping. We were really blessed with a lot of support from many different people in the ward. The boys worked on Camping, Citizenship in the Community, Communications, Computers, Cooking, Family Life and First Aid merit badges. We were also able to perform a service for a member of the ward. It was such a great activity. Here's some photos.
