The kids had fun playing on the slip-n-slide yesterday. It was a refreshing activity for such a hot Saturday afternoon. John even joined in. It was a good physics lesson emphasizing that the greater your mass, the longer you will slide.
Here was the next lesson learned.


We had no idea that a slip-n-slide could cause so much damage. Our next lesson will have to be on lawn restoration. We'll have to get a guest lecturer. Any volunteers?

Last time we got the slip n slide out and used it on the front lawn I got in trouble with my DH because of the damage it can cause. The kids now know it is only used on the back lawn.
this is better than sleeping and sliding...
